Based on the evidence of the previous step (Listen & Evaluate) we leverage this insight and then apply our wider expertise and skills to propose a series of solutions based on your key objectives.

All our proposals are based on highlighting and prioritizing the key issues for a fixed first-time outcome. These solutions are not one-size-fits-all; they are customized to align with your goals, resources, and operational tempo. We always discuss these with you for your further input before finalising our approach.

A Proposal in Action

Considering again the retail company that was struggling with inventory management, we proposed several options based on the range of issues we uncovered. One solution involved the implementation of a just-in-time inventory system to reduce carrying costs and minimize overstocking. Another tailored option was the adoption of an advanced analytics platform to forecast demand better & more accurately optimize stock levels.

As required we outlined the pros and cons of each option, considering factors like cost, implementation time, and potential disruption to operations. We also took into account the company’s readiness for change and appetite for risk.
