Our fastest-growing service is designed to provide a safety net of ongoing support. It aims to give you the tools or training to do many of the tasks we identify yourself. It is best used for long-term incremental or structural change.
When would I need it?
We will help you to identify if it’s the best way to support you. We recommend the Helping Hand Service where you would like ongoing support or mentoring – empowering you to make specific changes directly.
Using it can often follow the use of one of our other services. It gives you an allocation of monthly hours that you can use for training, workshops, mentoring or specific delivery – some recent uses are below:
