What’s it for?

Our most popular service is designed to help us give more detailed support – taking a deeper and closer look into issues across your business. It will usually involve the creation of a detailed programme of work or projects to manage issues to the best resolution.

When would I need it?

We will help identify if it’s the best way to support you. We recommend this approach is best used for major issues, which from experience can have more than one root cause, or span multiple teams or business areas. Here are some examples of these:
