What are your strongest skills?
My key strengths lie in teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication. I excel in overseeing complex issues, getting to the key issues and researching solutions. I have an insatiable appetite for acquiring new knowledge & using this to drive innovation.
What is your business expertise?
I have worked across many international cultural & learning businesses for over a decade. My initial journey began in the educational sector and then quickly evolved into a business management role. I am a highly respected coach and educator – especially in the fields of communications planning, expansion strategies, business analysis & consumer behaviour.
What most inspires & drives you?
My passion is ignited by engaging in activities that deliver a positive impact on society – especially where I can harness my problem-solving skills and natural communication style to make businesses more successful. I am also enriched by the natural world all around us respecting and valuing its many intricacies – just like in business.
What else do you bring to the role?
I am a lifelong learner and am increasingly interested in helping businesses become more sustainable – aspiring to integrate ever more eco-friendly practices into the business landscape as I have done so successfully with my previous roles.
